Alex Rogul is the founder of Redline Web Services LLC, the Boston, Massachusetts company that makes Redline, chat-first field service software for home-service contractors.

Redline Web Services started as a web agency building websites for local contractors. The team decided to build Redline after hearing the same problem from those contractors again and again: they are always busy. In Redline, a contractor's leads, schedule, invoices, payments and crew live in one place, and the whole business runs from chat.
