Redline is the all-in-one app for home-service contractors. Your leads, scheduling, invoicing, and payments live in one place, and you run the whole business from one chat.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can send a text, you can use Redline. You ask for what you need in plain English and Redline handles it.
How do I get access?
Head to Redline and get started in minutes — set up your workspace and run your business from one chat. Try Redline
What does setup look like?
You answer a few questions and bring in your customers — spreadsheets or even photos of paper lists work — and Redline builds your workspace. Most people are up and running in about 15 minutes.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. During setup you can connect an existing tool, upload a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx), or snap a photo of a paper list. Redline will parse and organize your contacts automatically — no cleanup needed.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Redline is available on iOS — download it on the App Store. Android and web versions are coming in v1.2. Download on the App Store
Plans & billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Redline starts free. No card, no commitment. You only pay when you need more. See pricing
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed annually, and you can top up credits as you grow. The full breakdown lives on the pricing page. See pricing
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Do credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups don't expire. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle.
What integrations does Redline support?
Redline currently integrates with Gmail, and with Stripe — which powers Redline payments — on Solo plans and above. QuickBooks support is coming in v1.2. During onboarding you can also connect or import from tools you already use.
Credits & usage
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of AI usage. Every message or action that involves Redline AI draws from your plan's monthly allowance. One credit equals roughly $0.0001 of model cost. Free plan credits are a one-time lifetime pool; paid plans refill every billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI-powered features pause until your monthly allowance resets. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get a larger allowance immediately. See pricing
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly allowances reset each billing period. The Free plan's 4,000 credits are a lifetime pool — they don't expire, but they don't refill either.
Security & data
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, payments are tokenized by a PCI-compliant provider, and you can export or delete your data anytime. How we protect your data
Do you store my payment information?
No. Card and bank details are handled by our payments provider. Redline never stores full card numbers. Learn more
Can I export or delete my data?
